Be the first impression the Community Technology Center (CTC) makes on our visitors. Greet customers as they enter the CTC and log their visits. Utilize interpersonal skills to interact with cutomers and offer light technical support when needed.
An orientation and all training in customer service best practices as well as technical support will be provided. (4 hour initial training)
Shifts will be scheduled in 4 hour blocks : 9am-1pm or 1pm – 5pm
