Volunteer: Playground Clean Up at Freeman Elementary

We, the Freeman staff, are looking for people who are interested in helping us clean our playground.

We will be working alongside our volunteers towards the common goal of giving our students a clean and safe outdoor environment for recess and activities.

Ideally, this would take place once a week for 1-2 hours on either Mon, Tue, Wed, or Thu (in time for the garbage to be disposed of on Friday). The schedule is currently undetermined until we receive our prospective volunteers' schedules.

Volunteer: K-6th Grade Tutor at Freeman Elementary

This opportunity is great for both high school students and adults! Tutors can choose a student who's curriculum best matches their comfort level and knowledge. As the title mentions, tutors would work with a student who is in grades Kindergarten through 6th. We ask that all of our tutors meet with students 1-2 times a week, for a total of 30-60 minutes. We will work with you to find a consistent schedule that works for both you and your student.
