RESOPNSIBILITIES OF GALLERY CHAIR

1. Plan and put out ads for shows.
   1. Judge art that is sent for judging.
   2. Plan gallery shows a year in advance.
   3. Plan reception
   4. Hang artwork
2. Plan school shows
   1. Genesee County High School Competition
   2. Carter Middle School
   3. Clio Elementary Schools
   4. Other schools as needed
   5. Contact schools to set up showing for their student’s art.
   6. Make sure they remember about their show.
   7. Teachers move around so they may not know we do a middle school and elementary school show
3. Set dates and plan all receptions.
   1. Food
   2. People to help
4. Keep in contact with publicity and social media chairs so they can get information out about shows.
