The Whaley Historic House Museum needs looking after like any home or building. Periodically maintenance needs arise (such as painting) and housekeeping duties (including gardening, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, etc.) are generally taken care of after volunteer meetings.
Volunteers meet once a month to meet others involved with the house and share ideas, concerns, and experiences.
