Communities First, Inc. will host the 5th Annual A Taste of Culture on Saturday, May 11. This immersive, multi-cultural experience is open to the public and draws upwards of 400 people per year.
We are looking for Cultural Representatives who are interested in sharing their culture. Cultural Representatives need to have an intimate connection with the culture and/or country they will represent. If they were not born in the selected country, we ask that they have at least visited or some other strong ties. The representative should also be able to answer questions about the country/culture/people, etc. Each representative will have a table with general information about the country/culture and guests will visit each booth to learn more about it, asking questions and listening to experiences.
