JA Finance Park is a financial literacy simulation for grades 7-12. Students are guided through lessons on saving, spending, credit/debit, investing, and budgeting. At JA Finance Park students experience a budget simulation where they must spend and save money based on a new life scenario. They shop at storefronts, create an investment portfolio, pay their bills, and manage their monthly budget. Students learn to make adult decisions based on their life scenario and the Finance Park volunteers help them maneuver through the process.
