Inclusive kayaking is coming to Flint! A partnership between TDN, Flint River Watershed Coalition and Rocky's Great Outdoors is providing this unique opportunity for adaptive recreation for the second time in Genesee County!
We cannot run our community workshops without help from amazing volunteers like you! Experienced kayakers only please.
Training and Workshops will be held at Genesee County Parks Bluegill Boat Launch on Mott Lake - 4045 Coldwater Rd, Flint MI 48506
There is a $6 fee to enter the County Park
Our Inclusive Kayak Workshops for 2019 are scheduled for:
Wednesday June 26- volunteers needed 3:00 - 8:00 pm
Friday July 12 -volunteers needed 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Saturday August 10 -volunteers needed 9:00 am-4:00 pm
Our Inclusive Kayak Workshops for Youth are scheduled for:
Tuesday, June 25th - volunteers needed 11am - 3pm
Tuesday, July 23rd - volunteers needed from 11am - 3pm
We will email you Volunteer Guidelines and Policies as well as the Volunteer Registration Form once we hear from you! We could not run this program without your help and can't wait to hit the water!!
