Friends of the Perkins Library

The Friends of the Perkins Library (FOPL) promotes knowledge of the Swartz Creek Perkins Library in Swartz Creek, MI; aids in the development of a program for the extension and improvement of the Library’s functions, resources, services and needs as outlined by the Librarian of the Swartz Creek Perkins Library; and raises funds to supplement the Library’s ongoing services and needs not available in the fiscal operating budget.

The Friends of the Perkins Library is a volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to the support of library programs, services and needs.  We work together with the community, library staff and other Friends’ groups to contribute to the financial stability of the library and educate the community and its governing bodies about library issues.
