The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Genesee, Lapeer & Shiawassee Counties, sponsored by Valley Area Agency on Aging will host a "DISCOVER YOUR ROLE" volunteer informational session. RSVP will match you with a local organization so you can make an impact where it’s needed most. Several organizations will be on hand to answer your volunteer questions. No obligation to join!
Volunteer opportunities include:
- Mentoring/tutoring children
- Adult Literacy mentor/tutor
- Assisting at soup kitchens and food pantries
- Friendly visits to lonely and/or isolated seniors
- Respite for caregivers
- Transporting seniors and Veterans to medical appointments
- And much, much more!
