The Ally Challenge presented by McLaren has established a legacy of giving in southeastern Michigan. Since its inception in 2018, The Ally Challenge presented by McLaren has donated a total of more than $9.6 million in support of local charities in the greater Flint area and beyond, with $1,295,444 in 2025making it the sixth time the tournament has surpassed the $1 million mark in its brief history . We are proud to be the tournament's primary beneficiary in which we support 20+ crucial programs in Genesee County. With these funds UWGC supports 20 plus crucial programs in Genesee County.
In our role as primary beneficiary of the Ally Challenge, we help support the tournament with volunteers. We need YOU to join us at the challenge as a volunteer. We are looking for concession volunteers for all different shifts. Register for one or more shifts below!
Concession Volunteers:
- Must be 18 years old
- Event outside
- Will receive 1 patron access to the entire tournament (Fri – Sun)
- Concessions sales include – Beer, wine, champagne, Faygo, water and chips and food
- Concessions are all credit sales
- Will receive a parking pass valid only for the day you serve
- Dress: Live United shirt and shorts/pants (We will provide the shirt)
- Tents are on various parts of the course, volunteers will need to be able to walk the golf course
