RICH Kids, Inc. is a non-profit, charitable organization committed to providing education and entertainment programs in an effort to counter the adverse health and social effects of the ongoing water crisis. The organization serves as the holding company for the Young H20 Leadership Program, Drippie's Water Conservation Show, SAFEWATER4ALL campaign and the Flint Water Festival, which embodies the core tenets of its mission: Fitness, Arts, Tech, and Education.
The 4th Annual Flint Water Festival needs volunteers in the following areas:

- Inflatables
- Games
- Water Works
- Food
- Water Giveaway
- Stage
- Security
