The LatinX Technology & Community Center would like to invite you to join us for our Global Youth Service Day, Dia de la Tierra!
Earth Day is the day to come together to take action and accountability as a community to create positive change in our environments. In an effort to teach youth how to become environmental stewards, we must provide the necessary tools to show them the importance of our ecological role in the environment. In order to engage our youth, we will provide creative and innovative activities that show easy ways of keeping the environment clean and safe.
Volunteers will participate in different tasks including a neighborhood clean up, seed bombing and recycle/upcycle projects.
Snacks and water will be provided. This event will follow CDC and State of Michigan safety recommendations.
