Volunteers at Gentiva Hospice an affiliate of Kindred at Home are required to attend volunteer orientation. You will get an overview of hospice, the role of the volunteer, working with terminally ill patients and their families. We'll provide specific instructions for how to work with patients and their families, all the do's and don'ts of volunteering with us. And, of course, the training is free.
