No experience required; just bring a positive attitude!
We currently have a group of volunteers we call "Core Construction Crew". These are volunteers that show up between 1 to 4 times a week and help us on all building projects.
They also help us show new volunteers how to do things at the work site and join us for a strategic construction planning meeting twice a year. At these meetings we go over new projects, discuss how old projects went and talk about ways to improve. Our Core Construction crew plays a huge role in allowing us to do what we do!
